Will my insurance company pay for the tow?

Yes. EVs usually cannot be flat-towed (wheels on ground). We use a tilt tray to lift the entire vehicle, which is the manufacturer-approved method for transporting Teslas and EVs.
Can you tow my car if I’ve lost the keys?

There is no limit. We can tow your car 1km to the local shop or 300km to the other side of Tasmania. The choice is yours.
Can I ride in the tow truck with my car?
Yes, most of our trucks have passenger seats. Due to safety regulations, passenger numbers are limited (usually 2 people max). Please let us know how many passengers you have when you call.
Do you work on Christmas Day and Public Holidays?
